Sweet Briar's Psychology Department has an active and scholarly faculty whose educational background and research interests reflect the full spectrum of current psychological thought. All full-time members of the department hold doctoral degrees from well respected graduate programs. Because there are no graduate students at Sweet Briar, every psychology class is taught by one of the following members of the faculty.
